Jesus Rides the Subway
I posted this video on my other blog- and thought I'd share it with you as well.
I had the chance to see Third Day perform with their friend Trevor Morgan at the Agape Fest in Greenville, Illinois. Trevor performed this song and I fell in love with it. I hope you like it too!
Make sure you pay attention to the people around you- you never know who they may be!
Hebrews 13:2 (NIV) "Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it."

I know! I'm STILL HERE! Haha! I just couldn't stand to leave. (I'm actually not joking.)
I really enjoy blogging. A whole lot.

Library Thing
I chose to use Library Thing as part of my Web 2.0 projects.

On my profile page I have listed a few of my favorite books and authors. I have also included a few of the books that I am currently reading.
To list my whole collection would take months. It is so large and I am in the process of going through my collection and weeding out the books I don't like nor read.
I chose Library Thing because we had the option of using it earlier in the semester and I liked it. Plus, since I already had an account with them it was less work.
I enjoyed going through and adding books and editing the collection lists. It kinda made me feel like I was in a library processing books that were incoming. I liked it! I plan on eventually putting my entire collection on Library Thing. I don't know if it will actually happen- but that's what I am aiming for.
I don't really see how Library Thing can help out my library- but I definitely see how it can help me. With Library Thing I will be able to actually catalog my collection and get suggestions from other profiles. I'm looking forward to using this tool!

I can't believe it guys! It is officially the end of the year! This year has flown by so very quickly.
I have enjoyed this class. It has been challenging at times- but so very educational. I have learned so much and I am very thankful for all the knowledge that I have obtained. Yes I just used a big word! =}
I have been able to practice what I have been taught at my job in the Fortville Library. It has been a fun experience. I feel like I am a better employee for all that I have learned.
Plus, I feel so very lucky to have had such great classmates and a wonderful Instructor. Sharon has been so helpful and kind when explaining the material and the assignments. Not only that, she has been very understanding with me this semester. To say my life has been chaotic- is an understatement. She has been beyond understanding and I am so grateful to her for all the patience that she has shown.
This course has been a great one and I am very happy that I took it. I think I would have taken it even if it was optional. I enjoyed the material and exercises.
Ok, I've been rambling and need to close. To sum it all up this course has been great. I am happy. Now I must leave.
And for the final time... keep it sassy my wonderful fellow crazy library people.
